These Marketplace Terms supplement and form part of the Terms of Service and govern listing, renting, buying, and selling robots, computers, simulations, agents, data, templates, and streams on the CommandAGI marketplace (the "Marketplace"). CommandAGI INC operates the Marketplace, metering, settlement, and payouts. Except where CommandAGI is itself the provider of a listed resource, CommandAGI acts solely as an intermediary that facilitates transactions between users and is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, or operator of listed resources and is not a party to transactions between users. If these Marketplace Terms conflict with the Terms of Service for Marketplace activity, these Marketplace Terms control for that activity.
A "provider" lists a resource for others to rent or buy; a "buyer" rents or buys it. The same user may act in both roles. A "listing" is the offer a provider publishes; a "lease" is a time-metered grant of access; "escrow" is the holding of provider earnings pending delivery. Providers are additionally bound by the Provider Agreement, and any data or stream listing is additionally bound by the Data & Streams Policy. All Marketplace activity is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Providers are solely responsible for their listings, including the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, price, rate, capabilities, availability, license terms, and descriptions. You may list only resources you own or are authorized to make available, and you must hold all rights, licenses, permits, and insurance required. CommandAGI does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any listing and does not guarantee that a resource will meet your expectations or be available.
Renting or buying places a pay-in-advance hold in Credits; leases meter per minute (or other disclosed unit) at the listing's stated rate until released, expired, or terminated. You receive the access the listing describes for as long as it remains paid and the provider keeps it available. All fees, rates, and the platform fee are shown before you transact, and applicable taxes may be added. The prepaid opening block is not double-charged.
CommandAGI retains a platform fee on each transaction (typically 10–30% depending on category), and the provider keeps the remainder. The applicable fee and the net amounts are displayed before you transact. We may change fees prospectively. Providers set their own prices but must not engage in unlawful price-fixing or coordination.
A provider's earnings are held in escrow until the corresponding access or work is delivered, then released according to the settlement schedule.
If a thread fails to deliver, a provider drops mid-lease, a resource materially differs from its listing, or a charge is reversed or disputed, the buyer is refunded for the undelivered portion and the provider's corresponding earnings are reversed.
Refunds are issued in Credits unless otherwise required by law. We may reverse, withhold, or delay settlement to address suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, disputes, or violations, and to satisfy refunds or legal obligations.
Each party is responsible for its own taxes. Providers are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting taxes on their earnings. Where required, our payment processor handles KYC/AML verification and tax-information reporting (such as issuing applicable tax forms); you must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Buyers must use rented or purchased resources lawfully, within the listing's license and the Acceptable Use Policy, and only for authorized purposes. You are responsible for what you and your agents do with a resource, including any actions taken on a provider's hardware, and for any harm caused.
No wash-trading, self-dealing, or manipulation of the clearing market; no listing resources you do not control; no misrepresentation of capabilities, availability, or license; no circumventing fees, escrow, or metering; and no using the Marketplace to launder funds or evade sanctions. Violations may result in delisting, reversal of earnings, suspension, termination, and other remedies.
You must ensure ratings, reviews, and listing content are accurate, lawful, and non-deceptive. You grant CommandAGI a license to host, display, and distribute your listings, reviews, and related content in connection with operating and promoting the Marketplace. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates these terms.
Buyers and providers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly. CommandAGI may, at its sole discretion, mediate, adjust holds or escrow, issue refunds, or reverse earnings based on available transaction and thread records, but is not obligated to resolve disputes and is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, conduct, resources, or content of Marketplace participants.
We may remove or disable listings or resources that are unlawful, unsafe, infringing, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Marketplace, with or without notice as appropriate. We may also act to comply with law or protect users and the public.
The Marketplace and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available." CommandAGI disclaims all warranties regarding resources listed by providers, including as to quality, safety, legality, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of buyers or providers. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities in the Terms of Service apply fully to all Marketplace activity.
Marketplace Terms forms part of the agreements governing your use of CommandAGI and should be read together with our other policies. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
