CommandAGI INC engages third-party sub-processors to help deliver, secure, and improve the Services. Each sub-processor is bound by a written contract that requires it to process personal data only on our documented instructions, to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security, and to provide protections consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law (including, for international transfers, the Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism). This page summarizes the categories of sub-processors we rely on; specific providers may change as we evolve the Services.
Hosting, compute, storage, networking, content delivery, and edge execution for the web app and API, including serverless, database, key-value, and object-storage services and the provisioning of cloud VMs and simulation environments.
Payment processing, billing, fraud prevention, identity verification (KYC/AML), tax-information reporting, and provider payouts, including Stripe and Stripe Connect.
Sign-in and identity providers used for account authentication, including the OAuth providers you choose to connect.
Transactional email, messaging, and notification providers used to send service, security, account, and (where permitted) product communications.
Product analytics, error monitoring, logging, observability, and performance-measurement providers used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Model hosting, inference, and related infrastructure used to provide AI features, subject to contractual restrictions on the use of your data.
Customer-support, ticketing, and internal operational tools used to assist users and run the business.
We maintain this list and update it as our sub-processors change. Where you have a data processing addendum with us, we provide notice of new sub-processors and a mechanism to object as required. To request details or notice of changes, contact privacy@commandagi.com.

Sub-processors forms part of the agreements governing your use of CommandAGI and should be read together with our other policies. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
