This Worker Agreement supplements and forms part of the Terms of Service, Marketplace Terms, Provider Agreement, and Data & Streams Policy, and governs "worker mode" — when you make yourself available to be hired to perform real-world or teleoperated work through the platform ("worker"). You become a worker by joining a workforce: an organization's labor pool (including CommandAGI's own first-party workforce). You may join or leave a workforce at any time; while you are a member and online, the platform may send you location-based work requests. You are a legal entity responsible for your own conduct. By joining a workforce you accept this Agreement and the liability and legal obligations described here.
You act as an independent legal entity — a natural person operating on their own account, or an organization. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of CommandAGI, and nothing here creates such a relationship. Joining a workforce (including CommandAGI's first-party workforce) makes you available for that pool's work; it does not make you anyone's employee. You are solely responsible for your own conduct while supplying labor through the platform.
If you operate independently — including as a member of CommandAGI's first-party workforce — earnings are paid to your own account via Stripe Connect after you complete identity verification, and you are solely responsible for your own taxes. If your account is managed by an organization, your platform earnings route to that organization's account; the organization — not CommandAGI — is responsible for paying you, for your classification (employee or contractor), and for any wages, withholding, and benefits. CommandAGI never pays an organization's managed workers.
Putting your device online for work streams it — which may include your camera, microphone, and location — to the parties you are engaged with, and captured media is recorded and may be retained. You consent to this capture during engagements and to its automated and human moderation, including scanning for illegal content. You can leave a workforce, go offline, decline a job, or stop streaming at any time, subject to honoring active commitments.
You attest that you will not capture, create, transmit, or distribute illegal content — including child sexual abuse material, content that infringes intellectual-property rights, unlawful surveillance, or content that violates privacy, wiretap, or biometric laws — and that you will not use the platform to commit any crime. Detected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (or the equivalent authority) as required by law, and confirmed violations result in termination.
Remote parties (including automated agents) may send you instructions. Instructions are screened, and you must refuse and report any instruction that is unsafe, illegal, or outside the agreed scope. You remain responsible for your own actions in the physical world; following an instruction does not transfer that responsibility. An emergency stop — your ability to refuse, pause, or end an engagement — is always available to you.
You must operate within applicable law and any required licenses, permits, and certifications, and carry insurance appropriate to the work you accept. For work involving hardware or vehicles you must maintain an owner-held emergency stop and apply reasonable safety limits. You are solely responsible for any injury, death, damage, trespass, or loss arising from your work.
Because directing a person to act in the physical world is high-risk, the platform keeps an immutable record binding captured media and the instructions you receive to your verified identity and the directing party. This record supports safety, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and cooperation with law enforcement where required.
Repeated cancellations, safety incidents, quality issues, or policy violations may affect your standing, ranking, and eligibility to work. We may suspend or terminate your worker status or remove you from a workforce for violations or to protect users, the public, or the Services. You may leave any workforce, or turn off worker mode entirely, at any time; obligations relating to active engagements, escrow, payouts, taxes, safety, data protection, and indemnification survive.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CommandAGI and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your work, your conduct, your breach of this Agreement or applicable law, or any injury, death, or property damage you cause. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply fully to your participation as a worker.
Worker Agreement forms part of the agreements governing your use of CommandAGI and should be read together with our other policies. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
