Where the money opens and closes.
A faucet is a monitor of one public source of capital: Grants.gov, SBIR, CHIPS, SBA loans, Horizon Europe, SEC filings, prize challenges. It reads the source each day, and an agent folds what is new into the faucet's files.
From a source to an event
A faucet is a monitor and its files.
Each faucet's monitor reads its sources on a schedule, most once a day. New records wake the faucet's agent, which files each one into the cycle it belongs to. Each opening, closing, award or filing is also an event, with evidence back to the cycle file.
One wake for every faucet.
What every faucet shares: the prompt its agent wakes with when new records arrive. The faucet's own monitor names its sources and calls publish with the class of its records.
The … stands for the cycle rule, cut here.
export const publish = (match: string) => (

Fold them into this folder's cycle files as docs/capital.md § files says: … Keep each record's provenance (source, url, via, reader, fetchedAt) as the record event gives it. Leave out a record whose terms forbid passing it on. Write each file public, and change nothing else."

The opportunity matcher, a standing thread, reads the faucets' open calls against what a company can do.
