A charter, the people and agents who work in it, their budgets and their tasks. Each is a file, and agents work there under the same rules as people.
What a company is
One declaration, the files beside it.
A .company.tsx names the company and the folder it owns. The charter, the roles, the allowances and the work are ordinary files in that folder, so the dashboard and any agent read the same things.
A company in four lines.
Worldline is the newswire company of CommandAGI. This is its whole declaration, as stored in CommandAGI's Drive. Its charter, media list and opt-out site are files beside it.

allowances.csv gives each of CommandAGI's threads a budget a month for its models and compute, with who decided it. It is a plain CSV that a person or an agent edits.
