What to include

Put this information in your email. It helps us find the problem quickly.

  • the email address of your CommandAGI account;
  • your device and its operating system (for example, iPhone 15 with iOS 18, or Pixel 8 with Android 15);
  • the app version (the App Store or Google Play shows it on the app's page);
  • the steps you did, what you expected, and what happened;
  • a screenshot, if you can.

The phone app

The CommandAGI app for iOS and Android shows the same workbench as commandagi.com. Sign in with your CommandAGI account. Your files, worlds, devices and agent threads are the same on every device.

Delete your account

  1. Sign in at commandagi.com or in the phone app.
  2. Open settings (the gear icon), then account → profile.
  3. Under "Delete your account", tap "Delete…", then "Confirm delete".

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@commandagi.com from the email address of your account. Account & Data Deletion tells what we delete and what the law makes us keep.

Export your data

In settings → account → profile, use "Export your data". You get a JSON file with the data of your account.
