This page explains how to delete your CommandAGI account and the personal data associated with it: the steps to request deletion, what is erased, what we are legally required to keep (and for how long), and how to remove specific data without closing your account. It applies to the CommandAGI mobile app and to https://commandagi.com. CommandAGI INC is the developer of CommandAGI and the controller responsible for this data. Sign in to your CommandAGI account in the mobile app or at https://commandagi.com.
Open Settings and go to the "Privacy & data" section.
Under "Delete your account", tap Delete, then Confirm delete. Your session ends immediately and erasure begins.
Optional: before deleting, use "Export your data" in the same section to download a machine-readable (JSON) copy of your account data.
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@commandagi.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We honor verified deletion requests as described below and in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account permanently erases your personal data, including: your profile (name, email address(es), username, profile image, and date of birth); your authentication credentials and connected OAuth (Google/GitHub) accounts; your API keys and service accounts; your threads, snapshots, and agent configurations; your marketplace listings, messages, and reviews; your workforce memberships; location data collected for nearby-jobs and worker mode; and content you uploaded or that we otherwise hold for you.
Live camera, microphone, and sensor streams are processed in real time to deliver a thread and are not retained beyond what you configure, so there is no stored stream content to delete in the ordinary course.
We retain append-only billing and earnings ledgers and transaction records where retention is required by tax, accounting, anti-fraud, dispute-resolution, and other legal obligations. These records are de-identified — disassociated from your profile — and kept only for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted or further anonymized. We may also keep de-identified or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you.
Deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone. It typically completes promptly; residual copies in backups are purged on our normal rotation, generally within 90 days.
You do not have to delete your entire account to remove data. In Settings → Privacy & data you can revoke connected accounts, change communication and SMS preferences, and opt out of model training. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of specific personal data, email privacy@commandagi.com; we handle these data-subject requests as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account & Data Deletion forms part of the agreements governing your use of CommandAGI and should be read together with our other policies. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
